Programs and Applications
Engagements supporting institutional adoption of Institutional Physics and the Realis Structural Standard.
Keynote & Speaking
A presentation introducing the structural pattern: how highly trained institutions fail at decision boundaries where legitimate authority cannot form. For conferences, leadership forums, and public audiences.
Executive Briefing
A presentation of the Structural Authority Gate diagnostic framework for senior leadership teams in high-consequence environments. The session demonstrates the framework through applied case analysis and opens into bounded discussion.
Structural Authority Workshop
A facilitated session in which participants apply the diagnostic framework to a real decision boundary in their own environment.
Structural Boundary Review
A focused diagnostic examining conditions at a single decision boundary. The review produces a written report including structural classifications and corrective viability assessment.
Corrective Coherence Assessment
A domain-wide structural diagnostic evaluating authority clarity, detection integrity, and corrective viability across a defined decision environment. Findings are delivered through a comprehensive report and executive presentation.
Boundary Conditions Engagement
A diagnostic engagement for institutions operating at or beyond their normal structural envelope. Addresses three conditions: drift toward coercion dependency, authority expansion under crisis that has not returned to baseline, and application integrity verification of prior diagnostic work. Engagements produce a written Boundary Diagnostic Report and executive briefing. Foundational framework literacy is a prerequisite to engagement.
Research Collaboration
In select cases, institutions may engage in research collaboration to examine structural authority within live decision environments. Developed by arrangement.
The current engagement pathway represents the Institute's formation phase. Additional programs, including steward credentialing and institutional accreditation, will be introduced as standards adoption and operational demand warrant.
Boundary Statement
All engagements are independent and do not modify published standards. Participation does not confer certification, endorsement, or advisory status unless explicitly stated.
Conducted by arrangement.
